Research and Development priorities for Local Authorities This session will consider what the research and development priorities of the private sector should be if it is to serve the Local Authority schools market effectively?Starting with an overview of current Balfour Beatty Education and RM research and design programmes, delegates will then be asked to help brainstorm potential future key research areas for Balfour Beatty Education. Once identified, delegates will prioritise them and help design a research project for 2009, which will be reported back on at the next Transform Schools Conference.
